Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from Texas.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs $8.95. Shipping is free for orders with a merchandise value of $80.00 or more.

Processing and delivery

Orders are automatically sent to our fulfilment partner. Orders received by 2:00 PM Central Time are usually shipped the same business day.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Service. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, depending on the destination state. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we send a tracking link by email. For questions about the status of a shipment, you may use the tracking number to contact USPS customer service directly.

Incorrect address, refused, or unclaimed packages

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or the package was not claimed, it can be sent again only after the new shipping costs have been paid.
